Abstract
The present study tries to explore the perceptions and adaptability strategies of farmers to climate change in Odisha, a state of India. The study aims at examining the perception and adaptation to climate change behaviour of the rural farmers, taking a sample of 150 households in one of the costal districts of Odisha by adopting logit regression technique. The estimated results reveal that annual income, access to irrigation, access to credit facility and landholding size of the farming households are the major factors influencing their behavior to adapt to climate change.
