Abstract
The block diagram of the proposed model is shown in following figure. It is divided into three parts: the first part refers to modeling of the target ground motion using the complex discrete wavelet transform (CDWT) and the Gaussian mixture (GM) distribution; the second part refers to the generation of synthetic ground motion using the fitted GM distributions; and the third part refers to the comparison of synthetic and real ground motions to validate the proposed model.158
