Abstract
The legislation concerning civil servants obeys many peculiarities. After discussing the generalities of this legal framework and the different actors involved, we detail the principles of fitness for duty, the singular system of sick leave, and the notion of disturbances connected with service for which the eventual invalidity rate is retained with reference to a particular scale.
