Abstract
In this paper, we discuss the existing pathways between the different legal frameworks of psychic repair. If an injured person cannot be compensated twice for the same damage, compensation can sometimes be obtained according to several systems solicited from the outset or sequentially. First, we detail the compensation frameworks for the victims of attacks before discussing the contributions of the commission for the compensation of victims of crime. We then point out the contributions of the case-law concerning the transition from flat-rate compensation to full compensation for damage, under conditions, for the benefit of employees, civil servants and soldiers. Lastly, we discuss the specific compensation possibilities considering legislation of insurance, disability, and medical accident.
