Abstract
Systematic judicial review of involuntary admission represents a major evolution in the right of patients field. This study shows that criteria leading Justice to discontinue involuntary admission are heterogeneous because they concern medical and administrative staffs. We hypothesize that the complexity of this new law is responsible of this heterogeneity. More studies should be realized to refine these results in order to establish clinical practice recommendations.
