Abstract
The medico legal compensation for physic and psychological damage has changed in many ways in the aftermath of the Working Committee Dintilhac who proposes in 2005 a new nomenclature for damages posts, posts referenced by their temporary nature or standing on one hand, and according to their heritage dimension or extrapatrimonial other. If these prejudices are not specific in the psychic damage, each must be assessed for the direct and the indirect victims. We detail in this article the definition of each position, and then we discuss the concepts of “moral damage”, “anxiety prejudice” and “exceptional prejudice”.
