Abstract
This communication is a study of all records of schizophrenic patients in a high security hospital at Cadillac (France) (n = 54) in April 2016. Sixteen (29.6%) patients had committed an homicide, 42 (78%) another type of physical violence and 8 (14.8%) a sexual aggression. The study showed a good correlation between Historical, Clinical, Risk-20 (HCR-20) score and antecedent of physical violence against persons when homicide was excluded. Homicide was negatively related to historical and total HCR-20 score. Moreover, there was no correlation between HCR-20 scores and sexual violence.
