Abstract
The harassment dimension, which has been unfolding since the late 90's, represents henceforth a crucial landmark in the regulations of working relationships. The criminalization of its practice enables its limitation. Victims can use it within their request for help and recognition. Nevertheless, this principle also has downsides. Indeed, if the harassment concept may constitute a base for demands of help, it may also contribute to an interruption or limitation of its trial. We will try to indicate, using a clinical situation, some dead-ends that it might harbor.
