Abstract
⺠Mental health literacy of carers of patients with Schizophrenia and Depression. ⺠This study showed carers lacked mental health literary in certain areas. ⺠Vignette recognition as mental illness as opposed to crisis situations was poor. ⺠Carers had stigmatising attitudes towards mentally ill patients.
