Abstract
⺠Exposure of anestrous females to males results in endocrine and behavioral changes. ⺠How previous sexual experience influences these responses remains unclear. ⺠Sexually inexperienced female goats display normal endocrine and behavioral responses. ⺠Sexual inexperience effects can be compensated by intense male sexual behavior.
