Abstract
⺠LCA was used to model diverse disposal routes for starch-PVOH biopolymer. ⺠Complete & transparent LCA inventory for landfill, AD, industrial and home composting. ⺠Ranking of biological treatments for biopolymers depends on the chemical compositions. ⺠Overall, AD and home composting represent optimum choices for starch-PVOH biopolymers. ⺠Sensitivity analysis carried out on key parameters modeled in end-of-life scenarios.
