Abstract
⺠The IL MMIM DMP reduces EG I, CBH I and BG activity while maintaining enzyme stability. ⺠A model with enzyme loading-dependent reaction rate describes cellulase kinetics. ⺠A higher EG I fraction increases yield and reaction rate in IL-pretreated cellulose. ⺠The hydrolysis yield of regenerated cellulose with residual IL improved by 10% points.
