Abstract
⺠Monodisperse O/W emulsions were prepared with flat metallic membranes. ⺠The performance of the system can be described by dimensional analysis. ⺠The capillary number is the most important group according to prediction models. ⺠Impeller rotational speed and continuous phase viscosity affect droplet size much. ⺠Droplet size can be estimated with correlations based on Euler number.
