Abstract
⺠The novel venturi scrubber is developed and composed of shuttle-typed components. ⺠The components are similar to convergent section, throat and divergent section of a venturi. ⺠The size and number of shuttle-typed components can be adjusted and selected conveniently ⺠Pressure drop, dust removal and desulphurization efficiency of the venturi scrubber were studied.
