Abstract
- Cucurbitacins are natural products known for their several pharmacological properties.
- A data set with 43 cucurbitacins derivatives was used for a SAR/QSAR study.
- The cytotoxicity of each derivative in A549 cell line was assayed.
- Both the models presented good statistical quality.
- The models indicate that the cytotoxicity may be related to electrophilic attack.
