Abstract
NaY zeolite was used as a recyclable catalyst for the ring opening of epoxides using aliphatic and aromatic amines as nucleophile under solvent-free conditions to give the corresponding β-amino alcohols in high yields (up to 92%) with regioselectivity (100%).
