Abstract
⺠The study involved supercritical carbon dioxide extraction of kernels oil. ⺠Modifying the loading of Moringa oleifera kernels increased the oil yield by 26.89%. ⺠Adding EtOH for the pretreatment of the kernels enhanced the oil yield up to 10%. ⺠Response Surface Methodology predicted an optimal oil yield of 37.84%. ⺠A crossover pressure point of the oil was found within the range 22.5-30 MPa.
