Abstract
Novel Ag3PO4/CNFs/silica-fiber composite photocatalyst was successfully synthesized via a facile combined chemical vapor deposition (CVD) technique and hydrothermal process. The as-prepared composite was characterized by X-Ray diffraction, field emission scanning electron microscopy, and ultraviolet-visible diffuse reflectance spectroscopy. It was confirmed that the as-prepared Ag3PO4/CNFs/silica-fiber composite work as highly active visible-light-driven photocatalyst. The new synthetic procedure is simple and could be applicable to other efficient visible-light-driven photocatalytic materials with wider applications. The proposed photocatalytic mechanism diagram of Ag3PO4/CNFs/silica-fiber.118
