Abstract
⺠Disruption of S. cerevisiae's cells by bead mills used as a novel treatment to improve adsorption capacity. ⺠Optimum condition of adsorption capacity was analyzed by RSM (response surface methodology). ⺠FTIR and SEM were implied for prepared biosorption analysis and shown good adsorption process on well disrupted cells. ⺠Results shown disulfides and ester bonds besides carboxyl and hydroxyl functional groups were play important role in metal removal.
