Abstract
- We developed and examined MWCNT nanocomposite coatings against the UV degradation and corrosion.
- MWCNTs in the coatings protect the surface hydrophobicity (higher water contact angle).
- Surface crack formations are found to be very low with the MWCNTs.
- Film thickness change with MWCNTs is fairly low.
- The nanocomposite coatings will be an option to protect the surface coatings against the environmental effects.
