Abstract
⺠L-Valine as a natural modifier was used for the modification of Cloisite Na+ in water as a green media. ⺠This organo-bionanoclay (OBN) was used for the preparation of PVA bionanocomposites film. ⺠The structure and properties and of the OBN and PVA/OBN were studied with various techniques. ⺠SEM and TEM show uniform distribution of OBN in the PVA matrix.
