Abstract
⺠Optimization of sol/water ratio of silane primer. ⺠Three different formulations of sol (GPTMS + MTMS) 5%, 15% and 30% were developed. ⺠15 wt% showed significant improvement in the adhesion and corrosion resistance. ⺠Adhesion of PVDF, PV, PE top coat on primer coated Al coils were investigated.
