Abstract
► Poly(azomethine-urethane)s that novel low band gap and thermally stable were synthesized. ► The structures and characterizations were made by FT-IR, UV-vis, NMR, SEC, CV, TG and DSC techniques. ► Optical measurement show that the obtained poly(azomethine-urethane)s have below 1.5 eV electrochemical band gap. ► Because of these properties, they can be successfully applied in heterojunction solar cell.
