Abstract
⺠New pigments were prepared based on the reaction of cobalt and zinc with alumina found naturally in kaolin. ⺠Pigments containing higher zinc content and those containing nano-aluminates show better protection. ⺠The group containing 75% of pigments was better than the group containing 50%.
