Abstract
The UV-curable dendritic poly(urethane acrylate) (DPUA) was prepared from 2,4-toluene diisocyanate (TDI), β-hydroxyethyl arcylate (HEA) and dendritic polyamine (DPAM). The structure of the material was characterized by 1H NMR and FT-IR spectroscopes. The viscosity of the obtained products, the hardness, flexibility, curing speed, mechanical and thermal stability of UV-cured films were also examined. Results showed that this dendrimer has some superior properties and can be used for UV curing coating.
