Abstract
⺠We assessed how casemix severity and service intensity were related to outcomes. ⺠Outcome measures used: failure rate; education; employment; and re-arrest. ⺠For most outcomes, higher service intensity was associated with better outcomes. ⺠We found that a court's casemix severity was unrelated to the outcomes we studied.
