Abstract
⺠The job demands-resource framework was used to explain a dual psychological process in occupational safety. ⺠Structural equation modeling was conducted to examine the proposed hypotheses. ⺠Emotional exhaustion and safety compliance mediated the relationship between job resources and safety outcomes. ⺠Emotional exhaustion mediates the relationship between job demands and safety outcomes.
