Abstract
► We developed a proxy-reported Everyday Behavior Questionnaire (EBQ). ► The questionnaire is developed for predicting older drivers' involvement in accidents. ► The 14-item questionnaire has a sufficient level of internal consistency. ► The EBQ predicts accident involvement with a correlation of 0.29.
