Abstract
► Children's cycling skills were examined using a cycling test. ► Individual and environmental correlates of cycling skills were evaluated. ► For all cycling skills, except two, 50% of children scored higher than 7.5/10. ► Perceived motor competence and residential density were significant correlates. ► Cycle training programs should focus more on one-handed cycling skills.
