Abstract
► The prevalence of mild driver aggression was fairly similar across genders. ► With few exceptions, factors predictive of driver aggression were similar across genders. ► Conducting moderation analyses with logistic regression using both full and gender-specific samples is recommended. ► Strategies designed to reduce aggressive driving behavior could generally be targeted to both male and female drivers.
