Abstract
⺠We examined the rate of cervical spine, head, serious, and fatal injury in rollover crashes. ⺠Ejection, seatbelt nonuse, more rolls, and older age significantly increased the risk of all types of injuries. ⺠Cervical spine injury was uniquely associated with seatbelt nonuse, far side seating, and roof crush.
