Abstract
► We modelled vehicle-pedestrian collisions using the MAYDMO MB pedestrian model. ► Head transverse translation and rotation decrease with vehicle speed. ► Head transverse translation and rotation increase linearly with pedestrian speed. ► Head impact speed increases linearly with vehicle speed. ► Head transverse translation, rotation and impact speed vary cyclically with gait.
