Abstract
⺠A roadside stated preference study of speed choice. ⺠Included variables: speed of other drivers and levels of enforcement and sanctions. ⺠All included variables affected the choice of speed significantly. ⺠The speed of other drivers was the most influential factor. ⺠The level of sanctions had only marginal effect on speed choice.
