Abstract
⺠PRIME For Life (PFL) was compared to intervention as usual (IAU). ⺠Participants in both interventions intended to use less alcohol and drugs in the future compared to previous use. ⺠Findings favored PFL on all other cognitive outcomes and on satisfaction. ⺠Findings were consistent across demographics and dependence levels.
