Abstract
⺠A Safety Culture Measurement Toolkit for European Air Traffic Management (ATM) is developed. ⺠A survey tool measures beliefs of ATM staff on the management of safety. ⺠Feedback workshops with ATM staff explore questionnaire responses. ⺠Workshops identify local safety problems and solutions. ⺠Construct and discriminant validity of toolkit is partially established.
