Abstract
⺠Contractors' perceptions are statistically significantly different to the inspectors' perceptions. ⺠A difference in the enforcement of legislation between stakeholders. ⺠The identification of a high level of non-compliance on projects inspected. ⺠The inspectors perceive to ensure compliance contrary to the contractor's perception. ⺠Statistics presented in the study reinforces that the inspectors are not effective in assuring OH&S.
