Abstract
- Polyelectrolyte-surfactant complexes are used as emulsion stabilizer.
- Stabilized emulsion drops serve as charged precursors for capsules.
- Characterization of capsules was carried out by Cryo-SEM, DLS.
- Microcapsules showed a sustained release of vitamin E over more than 80Â h.
- Developed approach is promising for practical applications.
