Abstract
- The study reports antibody tagged gold nanoparticles as scattering probes for detection of proteins.
- The change in brownian motion of the antibody tagged gold nanoparticles in the presence of antigens is basis of the method.
- NTA was used to study the change in the brownian motion of the particles before and after the reaction of antibody with the antigens.
- The technique has potential to be used as immunoassay tool in clinical analysis.
