Abstract
- Dynamic quenching is observed for lysozyme for all the three different valent ions.
- BSA shows no quenching for Na+, dynamic quenching for Ni2+ and static quenching for Fe3+ ions.
- After heat treatment, quenching efficiency for lysozyme decreases but enhances for BSA.
- Quenching efficiency for BSA thin film decreases due to the change in molecular conformations.
- Quenching efficiency for lysozyme thin film increases.
