- Bicosome lipid aggregates are used to incorporate a Re derivative in the skin.
- The Re derivative is a model molecule to determine the distribution of similar molecules in the skin.
- The penetration of Re derivative in the skin was higher incorporated in bicosomes than in an enhancer solution.
- Bicosomes are promising vehicles to incorporate lipophilic molecules inside the skin.
