Abstract
- The moderate surface initiator density is conducive to the graft polymerization of fluorocarbon phospholipid macromonomer.
- It was definitely demonstrated that the fluorocarbon phospholipid polymer brushes grafted on polyurethane films could self-assemble into biomimetic membranes under water environment.
- The water exists within phospholipid polymers brushes as the “surrounding” water, which are favorable conditions for the native conformational state of proteins and cell membranes.
