Abstract
- Multifunctional magnetic nanoparticles using a Bodipy fluorophore (BOD-MNPs) were synthesized around 10Â nm diameter.
- The results from in vitro tests are promising for the bio-imaging of cancer cells.
- The BOD-MNPs can easily penetrate into the cell cytoplasm in the living cells with their own fluorescence properties.
- The BOD-MNPs have no cytotoxic effect to A549 and Ishikawa cells.
