Abstract
- A drug delivery system was consisted of Bio-CHGC self-assembled nanoparticles and Col/Ch film.
- DBC nanoparticles were uniformly distributed into the films.
- DOX release was related to the degradation rate and swelling ratio of drug films.
- The drug film containing biotinylated nanoparticles showed a higher cell inhibitory ratio.
