Abstract
- A rapamycin nanomaterial drug delivery system (Fe3O4/CMCS-Rapa NPs) was designed.
- The Fe3O4/CMCS-Rapa NPs were characterized by FT-IR, TEM, VSM and drug release.
- The Fe3O4/CMCS-Rapa NPs could enhance cellular uptake of Rapa to tumor cells.
- The Fe3O4/CMCS-Rapa NPs could improve the curative effect of drug to tumor cells.
