Abstract
- The vibrational profile of CPT-11 at 785 and 514Â nm excitation is described.
- SERS of CPT-11 has been performed in aqueous and albumin-containing solutions.
- Methanol-based deproteinization removes albumin interference with SERS signals.
- TLC can be coupled to SERS on Ag colloids for direct CPT-11 identification.
