Abstract
- This study is the first attempt to administer solid lipid nanoparticles to cell fish.
- 6-Coumarin loaded solid lipid nanoparticles were formulated with a solvent free method.
- 6-Coumarin loaded pectin microparticles were designed as competitor carrier.
- In vitro confocal microscopy and flow cytometry were used to monitor cell fish.
- Lipidic nanoparticles were efficiently taken up by two immunorelevant fish cell lines.
