Abstract

- Star-shaped glycopolymer (SPCL-PAMA-PGAMA) was synthesized for the first time.
- The CdTe quantum dots (QDs) were encapsulated within the glycopolymer vesicles.
- The cytotoxicity of the Gly@QDs vesicles was remarkably improved.
- The Gly@QDs vesicles could specifically bind Con A.
- The Gly@QDs vesicles emitted green fluorescence in the cells.
