Abstract
- We prepared siRNA-PLGA conjugates via a disulfide linkage and siRNA-PLGA/CSO micelles were produced via ionic complexation.
- The stable, spherical siRNA-PLGA/CSO micelles with size of 150-180Â nm showed more stable in RNase solution.
- The siRNA-PLGA/CSO micelles exhibited superior cellular uptake and STAT3 gene silencing efficiency in SKOV3 cells.
- The siRNA-PLGA/CSO micelles showed to inhibit the growth of SKOV3 cells and promote the apoptosis of cells.
