Abstract
- A new strategy to prepare hybrid PDMS/SU-8 microfluidic channels.
- Poly(amidoamine) is used to improve the non-fouling properties of the microchannels.
- Microchannels show microbead suppression of 99.7%, a value that has not been reported previously.
- The system also shows a remarkable 95% bacteria surface adhesion suppression.
