Immobilization of DNA aptamers via plasma polymerized allylamine film to construct an endothelial progenitor cell-capture surface

- We developed a facile method to construct an endothelial progenitor cell capturing surface based on plasma modification technique.
- The aptamers modified surface could specifically capture endothelial progenitor cells other than endothelial cells and smooth muscle cells.
- The aptamers modified implant suggested the huge potential in the blood-contacting devices.
